The properties will become part of Premier’s portfolio, and you’ll walk away with $25,000 and a roadmap to replicate the process. You’ll be equipped to build your own portfolio or become a coach yourself.
Fantastic 5 Starter Apprenticeship Program
For those who want to start investing with a smaller initial investment, the Fantastic 5 Starter Apprenticeship offers an entry fee of $3,500 and 11 installments of $500. In this program, you’ll go through 5 real-life real estate deals and earn $3,000 for each closed deal. By the end, you’ll have made $15,000 and will have the knowledge to continue investing or even become a coach to others.
Fantastic 5 Online Apprenticeship Program
The Fantastic 5 Online Apprenticeship offers flexibility with an entry fee of $1,000 and 2 installments of $1,000. You’ll learn the complete roadmap for investing in real estate using creative finance strategies—from finding sellers to buying and marketing properties. This online course is perfect for those looking for an affordable way to gain the tools and confidence to invest in real estate.
